Hey, I’m Becky!

I discovered yoga in 2017 as a way to stay active during the winter months, but my journey quickly evolved into something much deeper. After completing my 200-hour (2019) and 300-hour (2021) yoga teacher training at De La Sol Studios, I dedicated myself to further studies in creative sequencing, breathwork coaching, and meditation. I have also facilitated multiple women’s circles with Alexa Jayatunge that cultivate connecting with like-minded individuals, tapping into one’s inner landscape, movement, and meditation. These experiences have shaped me into a teacher who leads with intention and creativity, crafting sequences that challenge the body and mind while fostering a sense of calm and clarity.

In my classes, I aim to create a space where students can explore their edges safely and authentically. Drawing on my background as an English teacher, I often weave poetry and literary inspiration into my practice, using words to deepen the experience and invite students into a reflective, heart-centered state. My approach integrates creative sequences, breathwork, meditation, and visualization techniques.

My journey at De La Sol has come full circle as I am now on the teaching faculty and guide aspiring teachers on how to create heart-centered classes and master the art of sequencing.

If you’re interested in deepening your practice, let’s connect!
